Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the beautiful Danube river and the lively streets of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a cozy tavern where we could have a drink and spend time with friends.
The only issue we had was with the noise level. The music from the tavern could be heard clearly from our room, which made it difficult to sleep early.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially the front desk staff and cleaners. They even prepared the master bed in our suite for three people, knowing that we were traveling with a small child. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and everything felt clean and fresh. The location was ideal, as it was close to the train station, making transportation very convenient. the hotel was just a short walk away from the city center.
Nothing for me.

The price and location of the hotel were excellent, with rooms that were decently furnished and had ample space. the facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and cafes, and the hotel offered free parking.
The language barrier made communication a problem, and the hotel staff could have been more helpful in assisting me with my needs. the breakfast was not great, and the variety of options was minimal.
